This protein shake has been my go-to post-workout meal for the past couple weeks. I get extremely tired of the same chocolate shake everyday, so I like to mix it up and try to load as many macros into one simple drink so I’m not sitting there eating a huge meal right after I workout.
Here are the last three days of the simplified and advanced programming for this first “cycle” of 2017. If you’ve been following along, I’ve posted a weeks’ worth of workouts; both advanced and simplified.
Here are days three and four of the new programming and current 6-week cycle. Included below is advanced programming, which is what my husband is following as he prepares for special forces selection, and a simplified version. This is the program I will be following to simply maintain fitness levels; not necessarily working on muscle definition or huge strength gain.
A very overdue post, but we are expecting our second little baby the end of May! We are so excited about this, and can’t wait to meet this new little bundle of joy and to see Robbie as a big brother. Continue reading
